Calling Instructions:
First use:
1. Dial local the access number from the list
2. At the prompt, enter your Activation/Recharge PIN (first use only, PIN sent via email)
  Balance from your Activation/Recharge PIN will be saved for your phone. From now on you will be able to use your balance from this phone without activation/recharge PIN.
  You will hear your account ID and 4-Digit PIN. You will need to enter this PIN once for your first call to every new destination number. Please make sure to save your 4-Digit PIN. Press [1] to hear your PIN as many times as you need. In case you lost your PIN contact us at support@ontariophonecards.ca.
3. Dial your destination number
For Canada / US: 1+...
International: 011+...
  Please make sure that you do NOT press [#] (hash) or [*] (star) at the end of your destination number.
4. To place another call dial: [#][#]
  To redial press: [#][1]
  To add balance dial [*][3][2] and enter a new Lyca Recharge/Activation PIN (from a brand new card)
  For Speed-Dial and other options dial: [#][*]
After the first use:
1. Dial the local access number from the list (only from the phone you used to setup your account)
  Hear your account balance
2. Dial your destination number
  Please make sure that you do NOT press [#] (hash) or [*] (star) at the end of your destination number.
To add money on your calling card / account:
1. Purchase a new Lyca Activation/Recharge PIN of desired amount on www.ontariophonecards.ca/lycastar
2. Dial the local access number from the list (only from the phone you used to setup your account)
3. Dial [*][3][2] and enter your new Activation / Recharge PIN (your new balance will be added to your remaining balance from your previous PIN)
4. Dial your destination number

Applicable charges:
  Usage based on 1-minute increments.
  Additional charges may apply when using public phones.
